Experience
I have been in the legal field for over a decade. I have received much success in contested hearings, trial litigation and settlements. My priority is to put my clients in the driver seat and be their GPS to guide them through the legal system. I have worked in various areas of law but I am most passionate about Family Law. As a child of divorced parents myself I take the practice of law very seriously when it comes to children and family. I am passionate about being an advocate for children and domestic violence victims because I have witnessed the detrimental impacts of domestic violence and high conflict parenting first hand. I strive to be the type of lawyer that I wish my parents had during their divorce.
Community Involvement
I am actively involved in the local community, I routinely participate in a monthly legal aid clinic through Maitri, a domestic violence organization. I also participate in events in local bar associations. I started this firm to be of service to all bay area clients from difference socio economic backgrounds and cultures. I speak Punjabi and understand Hindi.

I started my own firm to prioritize my own family and help other families in crisis. My mission is to help my community obtain affordable legal representation and knowledge. Education
I am a first generation Punjabi-American child of immigrant parents. I was the first in my family to go to college and receive a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice. I was also the first in my family to attend law school. I received a Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of San Jose. I was on Law Review and enjoyed my time in law school learning from practicing lawyers. I worked a full time job while attending this evening school so I can pay for law school and help my single mother of three pay the mortgage. I am grateful for Lincoln Law School for making legal education affordable and accessible for individuals like me.
